EMOM Strength Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Front Squats with Resistance Band
  • Even minutes: 10 Push Press with Resistance Band

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
- Set a clock for 20 minutes and alternate between the Front Squats and Push Press every minute on the minute.
- Choose a challenging resistance band that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
- Focus on maintaining proper technique throughout the workout to maximize strength gains.
