EMOM Strength Resistance BandEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Band-Resisted Deadlifts
- Even minutes: 10 Band-Resisted Push Press

Instructions:
- Set up a resistance band for both movements, ensuring proper tension for each exercise.
- On odd minutes, complete 10 band-resisted deadlifts, focusing on form and engaging the posterior chain.
- On even minutes, complete 10 band-resisted push press, utilizing leg drive and shoulder stability.
- Rest the remainder of each minute before starting the next exercise.
- Focus on maintaining good form and consistent pacing throughout the EMOM.
- Adjust band tension as needed to challenge yourself appropriately.
