AMRAP Strength Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Band-Resisted Push-Ups
- 15 Band-Resisted Pull-Ups
- 20 Band-Resisted Air Squats
- 25 Band-Resisted Russian Twists


Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Use a resistance band to add difficulty to the bodyweight movements. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Adjust the resistance of the band as needed to challenge yourself.
