EMOM Weightlifting Resistance BandEvery minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 5 Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Push Jerks
Equipment:
- Resistance Band
Barbell Weight: #135 / #95
Instructions: Perform 5 deadlifts, 5 hang power cleans, and 5 push jerks at the top of each minute for 10 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if completed before the next minute starts. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
