Tabata Gymnastics Resistance BandTabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds each):
- Push-ups
- Air squats
- Pull-ups
- Sit-ups
Equipment:
- Resistance Band
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for 8 rounds total. Score is total reps completed. Adjust band resistance as needed for pull-ups.
