Tabata Gymnastics Resistance Band

Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds each):


  • Push-ups
  • Air squats
  • Pull-ups
  • Sit-ups

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for 8 rounds total. Score is total reps completed. Adjust band resistance as needed for pull-ups.
