Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • Resistance Band Deadlifts (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Resistance Band Bent Over Rows (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Resistance Band Tricep Extensions (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the muscles throughout each movement.
- Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
