Tabata Skill Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Double-Unders
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
- Perform as many Double-Unders as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on technique and efficiency during each work interval.
- Scale to Single-Unders if needed.
- Score is the total number of Double-Unders completed.
