Bandit's Tabata Skill Session // Wednesday - 2025.03.12

Tabata Skill Resistance Band

Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • 1 minute rest between movements

Movements:


  1. Pull-ups (with resistance band)
  2. Handstand Push-ups (with resistance band for assistance)

Instructions:
- Choose a resistance band that allows you to complete at least 5 reps unbroken
- Focus on quality of movement over speed
- Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form
- Score is total reps completed for each movement
