Tabata Skill Resistance Band

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating movements for each round
- Resistance Band Pull Aparts
- Resistance Band Rows


Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining tension and control throughout each movement
- Use a challenging resistance band that allows for proper form


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, alternating between Resistance Band Pull Aparts and Resistance Band Rows.
