AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Resistance Band Pull-ups
  • 15 Resistance Band Deadlifts
  • 20 Resistance Band Thrusters

Notes:
- Use a resistance band that challenges you but allows for proper form.
- Scale the number of reps or resistance band thickness as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible in the 20-minute time frame.
