AMRAP Strength Resistance BandAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Resistance Band Deadlifts
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 resistance band deadlifts, 15 push-ups, and 20 air squats. Use a resistance band that challenges your strength but allows for proper form. Scale push-ups to knees or elevated surface as needed. Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout and focus on maintaining good form. Record total rounds and reps completed at the end of the 15 minutes.
Scoring: Total rounds + reps completed in 15 minutes.
