  • 50 Resistance Band Deadlifts
  • 40 Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
  • 30 Resistance Band Push Press
  • 20 Resistance Band Front Squats
  • 10 Resistance Band Thrusters

Resistance Band: Choose a band with appropriate resistance for each movement
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each movement with proper form and control to maximize the strength-building benefits of this workout. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality reps.
