  • 9 Band-Resisted Sprints (50 ft)

Resistance Band: Medium resistance
Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Note: Perform double-unders as quickly as possible before moving on to the band-resisted sprints. Use proper sprinting form and really drive through the resistance.
