EMOM Skill Resistance BandEMOM x 20:
- Minute 1: 10 Pull-ups
- Minute 2: 15 Push-ups
- Minute 3: 20 Air Squats
- Minute 4: Max Effort Double Unders
Equipment:
- Resistance Band
Instructions:
Perform each movement at the top of every minute for the designated reps. Rest for the remainder of the minute before moving on to the next movement. Focus on quality of movement and technique throughout the EMOM. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
