AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 20 Push-ups
- 30 Air Squats
- 40 Double-unders


Equipment:
- Resistance Band for Pull-ups


Skill Focus: Double-unders


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed movements. Focus on efficient and unbroken sets for the pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats to maximize time for practicing and improving double-unders. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
