AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Band-Resisted Push-ups
  • 15 Band Pull-aparts
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Double-unders

Instructions:
- Use a resistance band for the push-ups and pull-aparts to add challenge to the movements.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout all movements to maximize skill development.
- Scale double-unders to single-unders if needed.
- Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible in the 15-minute time cap.
