AMRAP Skill Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Strict Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 20 Band Pull-aparts

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 strict pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats, and 20 band pull-aparts. Use a resistance band for the pull-aparts to work on shoulder stability and strength. Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
