EMOM Gymnastics Resistance BandEMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Strict Pull-ups + 10 Push-ups
- Even Minutes: 15 Air Squats
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps for each movement within the minute. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the difficulty as needed to maintain consistency throughout the workout.
