- 5 Strict Pull-ups
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Air Squats

- Resistance Band
Notes:
- Use a resistance band for assistance on the strict pull-ups if needed.
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if necessary.
