EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts
  • Even minutes: 5 Strict Press

- Resistance Band


Barbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the entire workout.


Notes: Focus on form and technique for each lift. Rest as needed between sets to maintain proper mechanics.
