EMOM Skill Resistance Band

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Strict Pull-ups
- Minute 2: 15 Band-resisted Push-ups
- Minute 3: 20 Alternating Single-leg V-ups
- Minute 4: 25 Air Squats


Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Perform the designated skill work at the start of each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Focus on quality of movement and maintaining proper form throughout the entire EMOM session.
