Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Push Presses with Resistance Band
  • Minute 2: 12 Alternating Pistols
  • Minute 3: 15 Band Pull-Aparts
  • Minute 4: 20 Russian Twists with Resistance Band

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
- Perform the designated number of reps for each movement within the minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement.
- Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
- Focus on quality movement patterns and technique to maximize the effectiveness of this EMOM workout.
