EMOM Skill Resistance Band

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Push-ups + 10 Band Pull-aparts
  • Even Minutes: 10 Air Squats + 10 Band Rows

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
