AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Sit-ups

Equipment: Resistance Band


Skill: Focus on smooth and controlled movements throughout the entire workout.


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Use a resistance band for assistance with the pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
