AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Band Pull-Aparts
  • 15 Band Resisted Squats
  • 15 Band Resisted Push-Ups

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Run 200 meters, then perform 15 band pull-aparts, 15 band resisted squats, and 15 band resisted push-ups. Continue this circuit for the duration of the workout. Adjust band resistance as needed to maintain intensity throughout.
