- 15 Band Pull-Aparts
- 15 Air Squats
- 15 Mountain Climbers
Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of each movement within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
