AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
- Set a timer for 15 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed exercises.
- Use a resistance band for the thrusters.
- Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
