AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 25 Double-unders


Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Use a resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to move quickly between movements.
