For Time:


  • 50 Band-Resisted Deadlifts
  • 40 Band Pull-Aparts
  • 30 Band-Resisted Air Squats
  • 20 Band-Resisted Push-ups
  • 10 Band-Resisted Burpees

Resistance Band: Use a medium to heavy resistance band for all movements.
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
