Rounds-for-Time Weightlifting Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Band-Resisted Deadlifts
- 40 Band Pull-Aparts
- 30 Band-Resisted Air Squats
- 20 Band-Resisted Push-ups
- 10 Band-Resisted Burpees
Resistance Band: Use a medium to heavy resistance band for all movements.
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
