AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push Press
  • 20 Front Rack Lunges

Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Deadlifts, 15 Push Press, and 20 Front Rack Lunges. Use a resistance band for added resistance during the movements. Keep a steady pace and focus on proper form throughout the workout.
