AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 25 Double-unders


Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts that allows you to complete each set unbroken.
- Scale Push-ups to knee push-ups or elevated push-ups as needed.
- Scale Double-unders to single unders or lateral hops if necessary.
