Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Deadlifts, 15 Push Press, and 20 Box Jumps. Use a resistance band for added challenge in the movements. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire duration of the workout.
