AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Resistance Band Pull-aparts

Barbell: #185 / #135
Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, moving quickly but with good form. The resistance band pull-aparts will challenge your upper body endurance and the deadlifts will test your strength. Make sure to scale the weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
