AMRAP Strength Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Resistance Band Rows

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 push-ups, and 20 resistance band rows. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows for good form throughout the workout. Modify push-ups to knees or elevated surface as needed. Focus on maintaining good technique and pushing through fatigue during the AMRAP.
