  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Band Pull-aparts

Equipment: Resistance Band


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on engaging your back muscles during the band pull-aparts to improve shoulder stability and strength.
- Scale the push-ups to knee push-ups if needed to keep moving through the workout.
