AMRAP Skill Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 25 Band Pull Aparts

Skill: Double-unders


Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 push-ups, 20 air squats, and 25 band pull aparts. In between each round, practice double-unders for 1 minute. Score is total rounds completed plus any additional reps.
