AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Weightlifting:
- Deadlifts


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 push-ups, and 20 air squats. Use a resistance band for assistance with the push-ups if needed. Focus on proper form and pacing to sustain throughout the workout.
