Rounds-for-Time Skill Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Resistance Band


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Use the resistance band as needed for assistance on pull-ups and handstand push-ups. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
