Bandit Gymnastic Grind // Saturday - 2025.04.19
EMOM Gymnastics Resistance BandEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Push-ups
Equipment:
- Resistance Band
Instructions:
Complete 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then rest until the next odd minute. On the even minutes, complete 15 Push-ups and rest until the next even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
