EMOM Strength Resistance Band

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 10 Band-Resisted Push-ups
- 8 Band-Resisted Bent Over Rows
- 6 Band-Resisted Deadlifts


Instructions:
- Set a timer for 15 minutes and perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form.
- Focus on quality movement and maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the next minute starts.
- Modify the reps or band resistance as needed to match your fitness level.
