EMOM Skill Resistance Band

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Push-ups + 15 Band Pull Aparts
  • Even Minutes: 12 Air Squats + 10 Band Face Pulls

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Perform the prescribed movements at the start of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. The goal is to complete each set within the minute to ensure adequate rest before the next round. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
