EMOM Skill Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Band Pull-Aparts
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 8 Push-ups
  • 10 Alternating Lunges

Equipment: Resistance Band


Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining quality movement throughout each minute. Use the first few rounds to establish a consistent pace and then push yourself to maintain that pace for the duration of the workout.
