EMOM Skill Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Push-ups + 15 Band Pull-aparts
  • Even minutes: 10 Air Squats + 15 Band Rows

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Notes:
- Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement and focus on quality reps over speed.
- Adjust the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity for the full 20 minutes.
- Scale movements if necessary to ensure safety and effectiveness.
