EMOM Strength Resistance Band

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:
- 5 Back Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Band Pull Aparts


Barbell: Use a challenging weight for the Back Squats
Band Resistance: Use a band with moderate resistance for the Band Pull Aparts
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement within the minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust weights and band resistance as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
