EMOM Strength Resistance Band

EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Equipment: Resistance Band
Strength Focus: Deadlifts


Instructions: Perform 5 Deadlifts, 10 Push-ups, and 15 Air Squats at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Adjust the weight of the resistance band for the Deadlifts to challenge your strength. Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the movements.
