  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Equipment: Resistance Band
Skill Focus: Pull-ups


Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. Use a resistance band for assistance with the pull-ups if needed. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
