  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Deadlifts

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows for unbroken sets. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to finish under the time cap.
