  • 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • 30 Resistance Band Deadlifts
  • 20 Resistance Band Rows
  • 10 Resistance Band Thrusters

Resistance Band: Choose a resistance level that challenges you but allows for proper form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Complete each exercise before moving on to the next. Break up the reps as needed to maintain good form and intensity. Time cap is 20 minutes.
