Chipper Skill Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Double Unders
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Push-ups
- 20 Pull-ups
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment: Resistance Band for Pull-ups
Instructions: Complete the reps for each movement before moving on to the next. The resistance band can be used for assistance with the pull-ups if needed. Time cap is 20 minutes.
