  • 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • 30 Resistance Band Rows
  • 20 Resistance Band Squats
  • 10 Resistance Band Push Press

Instructions:
- Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next.
- Use a resistance band that challenges you but allows for proper form.
